Stage 1

Applied

We'll review your CV and get back to you with next steps.
Stage 2

Internal Review

Once we've received your application, a member of the team will review it. We'll schedule a call if we think it would be a good fit to introduce ourselves and learn more about you.

If we don't think think it would be a good fit this time round - we'll let you know by email.
Stage 3

Introductory Call

We'll schedule a half hour call for you to meet a member of the team. The purpose of the call is to understand if we'd be a good fit and give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, the company, the process or anything else you'd like to know.

If we don't think you'll be a good fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the call. If you don't think the role's right for you after this call - please let us know.
Stage 4

Skills Assessment

We look for values alignment first and foremost when bringing someone new into the team, but it's also important to have the skills relevant to the role.

This skills assessment will take place in person, but if you can't meet in person please let us know.
Stage 5

Panel Interview

We'd like the opportunity to meet in person. This interview stage will be a 45-60 minute panel style interview with team members from different areas of the business. Depending on interview timings, there'll be time for a coffee with the wider team.
Stage 6

Offer

We'll make an offer if we feel it's a good fit at this stage. You'll have the chance to ask any last questions about the role and we'll discuss what you coming on board could look like.
